Welcome to
St Anne’s Church, Tottington
An open, inclusive and family friendly community. We welcome visitors and would love to have you join us in one of our church services.
We are delighted that our worship at St Anne’s is now ‘back to normal’. Previous arrangements such as social distancing, mask wearing, and other restrictions are no longer a requirement. However, we recognise that individuals may wish exercise personal choice on these matters. In line with Church of England guidance Communion can be taken in both kinds (bread and wine) should individuals wish to do so. However individual communicants may choose to receive the Sacrament only in the form of the bread.
Please contact the Vicar for any clarification.

Annual General Meeting 2022
Alison opened the meeting and welcomed our newly enrolled members and also some new ladies, before we were served our Pie and Peas, which were delicious. She then showed us twenty slides of members and told us three things about each person. The challenge was to match...
Lent
‘Behold, we go up to Jerusalem’, these are the words of Jesus to his disciples, that we read from the Gospel before Ash Wednesday. They describe also, the journey that we are all invited to make in the season of Lent when we are encouraged in the name of the Church,...
Metamorphosis
Alison welcomed around 30 members to our meeting, which started with our Service, led by Isobel Hinchliffe, one of our Church Readers. Isobel also introduced the current MU Bible study course - Metamorphosis - in keeping with the theme of personal transformation, and...
Preparation
As we all know, the Accession Day for Her Majesty The Queen falls on Sunday the 6th of February. This will mark her 70th year, not only as our Sovereign, but also as Supreme Head of the Church of England. Her role combines both temporal and spiritual authority and...
