This year’s confirmation service will take place on Sunday 30th of June at 10.30 am at Anne, Tottington. The confirming and presiding Bishop will be the Right Reverend Jack Nichols, formally Bishop Suffragan of Middleton, Lord Bishop of Lancaster and Prelate of the Most Noble Order of St John. The Bishop is a true son of Lancashire and was schooled at BRGS and trained for the Priesthood at the Community of the Resurrection, Mirfield.
The Confirmation classes will take place at 6.30 pm on a series of Mondays .We are also intending to visit the Community of the Resurrection (an Anglican Monastery) on Sunday afternoon on the 19th of May for a tour, explore and tea!
Any person who is 11 years or over by the 30th of June is welcome to be prepared
